1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

We provide landscape design, interior transformation, property maintenance, restoration expertise, and exterior design services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by our team.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Price estimates are provided after consultation and site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, materials, and unforeseen conditions. All prices are in USD or EUR as applicable.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with progress payments and final payment upon completion.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if work has commenced or materials have been ordered. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your service agreement.

6. Warranties

We warranty our workmanship for one year from project completion. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
